Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Elite Automotive Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our services, website, or communicating with us by text message, phone, or email, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Elite Automotive Solutions provides mobile automotive repair, programming, and diagnostic services. Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
2. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Any unpaid balance may be subject to collection.
3. Warranties
We stand behind our work with a limited parts and labor warranty as outlined on your invoice. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
4. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number or email address to Elite Automotive Solutions through any of our contact forms, service request forms, invoices, email communications, or phone inquiries, you consent to receive text messages and email messages from us. These messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, repair notifications, customer support responses, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
If you submit your phone number through any online form on our website, you may be asked to check a box confirming your consent to receive text messages. This checkbox provides additional written consent for SMS communication as required by carriers and federal regulations.
If you contact Elite Automotive Solutions by phone or email to request a quote, schedule service, or place an order, we may send you a one-time confirmation SMS message asking you to verify your consent to receive text messages from us. Only customers who reply YES or otherwise provide written consent will be added to ongoing SMS communications.
You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. You may also opt out by contacting us at sales@easmobile.com or calling 620-332-6194.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Elite Automotive Solutions strives to arrive within the scheduled service window. Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $60 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in full prior to scheduling any future appointments or receiving additional services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elite Automotive Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
